Despite having a clean driving record with no accidents, I have observed my premiums almost double since I first chose State Farm due to their competitive rates. The lack of transparency in communication regarding these rate adjustments, coupled with what I perceive as persistent harassment regarding payments, has led me to question the integrity and fairness of State Farm as a service provider. In my view, such practices feel unjust and akin to robbery."
